That depends on your particular situation. Generally, I recommend LLCs due to its limited liability protection and it being simpler and more flexible than a corporation. A standard operating agreement is my standard template that includes standard terms and is not prefilled with your LLC’s information. The operating agreement terms are not customized to your LLC. You will need to fill in, finalize, and sign the operating agreement. This is included in The Essentials option.

A customized + explanations operating agreement is an operating agreement that is customized to your LLC that includes explanations in plain English on what the more confusing sections mean. I will fill in, customize, and finalize the operating agreement for signature(s). This is included in the Tailored option.

EIN assistance includes answering questions related to filling out the EIN application. It does not include filling out the EIN application.

I also provide you with the official IRS link to apply for an EIN online to ensure you do not pay another company to apply for an EIN as applying for an EIN online is free.

For The Essentials option, this includes links to the relevant business license applications your LLC will need based on your answers in the questionnaire.

The Tailored option includes the relevant business license application links like in The Essentials Option and also includes answering questions related to filling out the business license applications.

For both options, it does not include filling out the business license applications.

The LLC operational templates included are templates for your LLC to use to hold meetings, take official LLC action, and track each LLC member’s capital accounts (how much each LLC member contributed to the LLC and is entitled to).

Standard LLC templates include standard terms and are not prefilled with your LLC’s information. This is included in The Essentials option.

Customized LLC templates are customized to your LLC and prefilled with your LLC’s information. This is included in the Tailored option.

The included guide to avoid losing your LLC’s limited liability protection discusses the primary ways you can lose your LLC’s limited liability protection and lists best practices to follow to avoid losing this crucial protection.

For the Tailored option, the included guide also discusses additional LLC operational and compliance matters that are important to know.

Both options include legal consultation minutes that you can use to contact me with any questions you may have that require legal advice during the LLC formation process. For The Essentials option, 30 minutes is included. For the Tailored option, 120 minutes is included.

Any additional time beyond the 30 or 120 minutes will be subject to additional legal fees at a discounted rate. However, no additional legal fees will incur without prior advance notice and your written consent so there will be no surprise fees.

With every option, I will create a client portal for you where we can securely communicate and share documents. You will be able to access all communications and documents related to forming your LLC conveniently in one place.
