After graduating from Santa Clara University School of Law, George founded the Law Office of George R. Bravo to directly help people start, protect, and grow their business and to ensure their estate planning properly reflected their wishes. He has since helped numerous entrepreneurs successfully launch businesses across various industries while minimizing their liability exposure and also helped others achieve their estate planning goals. George has considerable experience in business law (e.g. forming businesses, drafting contracts, intellectual property, privacy compliance, and more) and in estate planning (e.g. wills, trusts, and powers of attorney). George takes pride in solving legal puzzles to find the best legal solutions for his clients while adding a personalized touch.
Before starting his own law practice, George worked with technology start-up companies helping them establish their businesses, analyzed over a thousand merger and acquisition deals, and worked in both a San Francisco and a Hong Kong law firm. Prior to law school, George worked for elected officials in the Sacramento City Council, California State Assembly, and the Lt. Governor’s Office.
